Book Lane
Shawn Stover, Master Stylist
Shawn’s propensity for the creative has been a lifelong drive, so it was only natural that after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, she chose to fulfill that passion. Shawn completed cosmetology school in 2005 in Charlotte, NC, where she spent over 7 years working for a high-end boutique salon. In 2012, she challenged herself with an exciting and educational 2 ½ years working in the Washington, DC area as a stylist and operations manager at a top-rated salon before returning to her home state of North Carolina in 2014.

Shawn’s extensive training with Bumble and bumble, Vidal Sassoon, Goldwell, Redken, Wella and Davines gives her a diverse skill set for cutting and coloring both men’s and women’s hair.

Lane Clements, Master Stylist
With 14 years in the industry under his belt, Lane is STILL just getting started. Beginning his career in Washington, DC, he’s worked side-by-side with some of the industry’s best session stylists, gaining the experience of working NY Fashion Week (’09-’10), as well as backstage at music festivals and concerts.

Trained in Tony and Guy precision haircutting, Lane’s attention to detail is evident in everything he does. In his color work, he creates custom colors and looks for each individual guest. From Balayage to retouches, Lane continues to push industry trends and styles, creating the season’s trendiest looks.

Lane has been an educator and Team Quest Artist for Aquage, providing continuing education to hair stylists across the US, as well as working some of the biggest hair shows in the country. In September of ’15, he entered Goldwell’s national ‘Make The Cut’ competition and was one of 20 stylists chosen out of 500 to join Goldwell’s Master Stylist Artistic team. Lane currently travels across the country sharing Red-Carpet trends as well as the season’s most current haircuts.

This Durham native is eager to create your next cut, unique one-of-a-kind bob, dimensional color or special occasion hair style.

“If your hair is done properly and you’re wearing good shoes, you can get away with anything.” -Iris Apfel

Kristie Lemaster, Master Stylist, Owner
For the past decade Kristie has been crafting brilliant color and cuts from coast to coast. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, she headed west to Los Angeles where she trained at the internationally acclaimed Vidal Sassoon Academy. While in L.A. she styled hair for events including the Radio Music Awards, Clear Channel, L.A. Magazine, Disney’s High School Musical, Showtime and the L.A. Lakers.
Kristie returned to her North Carolina roots in 2007, and her talents quickly grew a loyal following and led her to open Vent Salon in 2011. Always on the cutting edge of fashion and style, she takes regular training through Bumble & bumble’s University in New York, and has also taken specialty courses with Oribe, Toni and Guy, Graham Webb and Paul Mitchell.
