Late Arrivals

Your time is valuable, and in order to serve you promptly, we reserve the right to reschedule any client who is more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellations and Changes

Please call 919.403.8368 for all cancellations and changes at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Changes cannot be made online.

No Shows

After chronic last-minute cancellations or no shows, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable prepayment for services.

Payments

Vent accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or American Express.

Gift Cards

Vent gift cards are available at the front desk in any denomination you choose. They can be used for products or services, are valid for one year from the issue date and are not redeemable for cash.

Vent is not responsible for lost cards.

Gratuities

Our stylists appreciate gratuities to reward the quality of their service. Gratuities can be given via cash or credit card.

Re-dos / Returns / Refunds

At Vent, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If the outcome of your service does not meet your expectations, please call us within seven days to schedule a redo. Beyond seven days, you will need to book and pay for a separate service. We are committed to finding solutions to meet your needs and do not offer refunds on services.

We will gladly exchange products if you are dissatisfied with their performance, or refund the difference in price for an alternate product.

Sales on brushes are final.

Bang Trim

One complimentary bang trim is available to clients in between scheduled haircut appointments.

Confirmations and Reminders

When you book online, you will receive an email confirming your appointment once your request has been accepted. Forty-eight hours before your appointment, you will receive a courtesy email reminder.

Walk-ins

Vent welcomes walk-ins. Based on your needs and stylist availability, we will do our best to accommodate you immediately or schedule you in the near future.

Children

All of Vent’s stylists are trained in children’s haircut techniques and styles. To deliver superior service to our clientele, we request that children remain supervised at all times.

Guests

Clients receive priority seating in the waiting area, which is very limited. Vent is conveniently located in Hope Valley Commons where your guests can enjoy grocery and retail shopping, dining and coffee shops during your appointment.
